Cinetic Media is a United States based consulting firm providing strategic advisory services to select film producers, financiers, distributors and related media companies.
For corporate clients, Cinetic provides advisory services in every stage of corporate development and operations, from entity formation and corporate finance to asset sales and disposition. Corporate clients also benefit from Cinetic's unique access and experience in the motion picture industry. Cinetic commands a position at the center of more significant independent productions than any other U.S. entity, including the major talent agencies, sales agencies and distributors. A pure service entity, the firm leverages unrivaled access to U.S. filmmaking talent as well as fifteen years of experience in split rights financing to guide clients through a selection of privileged investment opportunities.
For experienced producers, Cinetic serves as a "virtual studio", providing an efficient mechanism for maximizing global financing and distribution options. The company works with clients to develop informed strategic campaigns for their individual projects, employing proprietary data and communications technology to maximize project urgency as well as client reporting. In this way Cinetic streamlines the exhaustive processes of fund raising and sales, enabling producers to focus on the heart of their craft: developing material and producing films.
For financiers, Cinetic expands horizons by offering privileged access to the strongest projects being assembled by US producers, agencies and auteur filmmaking talent. Further, the company applies its expertise in multi-party financing to accommodate the needs and risk profiles of each client.
